Сleaning of dispensing booth
OBJECTIVE
To lay down a cleaning procedure of dispensing booth.
PROCEDURE
PRODUCT-TO-PRODUCT CHANGE OVER
Check and ensure that there are no dispensed materials in the dispensing booth.
Clean the balances with a clean dry cloth.
Remove scoops, spoons, bowls, and liquid pumps from the dispensing booth to the washing area of the dispensing room.
Remove the filters and clean them with vacuum cleaner.
Use vacuum cleaner to clean all spilled powders.
Clean all the light fixtures and with dry cloth or vacuum cleaner.
Mop the walls of dispensing booth with wet cloth followed by a dry cloth.
Mop the walls, floors, ceiling with disinfectant solution.
Empty the waste drums and clean it.
Note the cleaning detail in log book .
BATCH TO BATCH CHANGE OVER
Check and ensure that there are no dispensed materials in dispensing booth.
Clean all the balances with clean dry cloth.
Clean the walls of the dispensing booth, floor and any spilled material with vacuum cleaner.
Note the cleaning observation in log book .
