Cleaning Of Sampling Booth
OBJECTIVE
To lay down a cleaning procedure for the Sampling booth.
PROCEDURE
DIFFERENT MATERIAL CHANGE OVER
Remove all the containers and the materials of the product.
Remove the area and the equipment status label.
Transfer all the sampling aids to the QC department washing area.
Remove the pre-filters and clean the filters with a vacuum cleaner.
Clean the area with vacuum cleaner.
Wipe the sampling booth with wet non-shredding cloth dipped in 0.1% Solution.
Wipe the sampling booth with wet non-shredding cloth to be free from frothing, and then with a dry non- shredding cloth.
Clean the area thoroughly and mop the area with specified disinfectant solution.
Affix duly filled “CLEANED” status label on the sampling booth.
Enter the cleaning detail in sampling booth log book
CHANGE OVER WITH THE SAME MATERIAL OF DIFFERENT BATCHES
Check and ensure that there is no material of batch in the sampling booth.
Clean all the balances with clean dry cloth.
Clean the walls of the sampling booth, floor and any spilled material with vacuum cleaner.
Enter the cleaning detail in sampling booth log book .
